Approach
Built a drag-and-drop FAQ builder with FAQ-group support, multilingual content, and per-FAQ visibility rules (product page vs FAQ page vs collection).
Integrated AI to generate FAQ answers from a brief or a product context, so a merchant can populate a full help center in minutes.
Auto-injected Schema.org FAQPage markup on every page where FAQs render — surfaces directly in Google's rich snippets.
Shipped theme blocks for the new Shopify Online Store 2.0 architecture so merchants can place FAQ accordions anywhere in the theme editor.
Added an Instant Answer live chat surface that lets shoppers search the FAQ library in-line without leaving the page.
